Game Pass Premium es un plan intermedio para Xbox Game Pass que viene a reemplazar a Game Pass Standard. Este plan intermedio ahora también se puede contratar en PC o para usarse en xCloud.
Premium incluirá como novedades una serie de ventajas para diferentes juegos
free to play que están en Xbox y PC, que van desde skins, desbloqueo de
personajes, paquetes de armas hasta emotes, monedas virtuales y más para
diferentes títulos. Todas estas ventajas se pueden reclamar desde la
sección de Game Pass o en tu aplicación de Xbox yendo directamente a la
pestaña de Game Pass.
Premium también ahora sumará el acceso a la Nube de Xbox, el cual nos permitite jugar una buena parte de los juegos de la suscripción mediante xCloud y más de 600 juegos compatibles si es que los compramos previamente (con más títulos en camino a ser compatibles con la función Transmite tu Propios Juegos). Pueden leer más detalles al respeto desde este enlace.
El catalogo existente para está suscripción cuenta con cientos de juegos, incluyendo una muy buena variedad de juegos con soporte para Xbox Play Anywhere. Por ende, este servicio Premium sería una opción ideal para aquellos que desean una selección mayor de títulos a su alcance si el catalogo de Essential no los convence.
Cabe remarcar que los juegos de Xbox Game Studios y/o terceros que sean estrenos de Día Uno en Game Pass Ultimate o PC Game Pass, como Keeper, Ninja Gaiden 4, The Outer Worlds 2, Forza Horizon 6 y más llegarán a Premium en un lapso de un año después de su estreno original a más tardar. No hay planes de incluir los juegos más recientes de Call of Duty en ese lapso de tiempo.
Por último, Premium permitirá el acceso a la Nube a una selección de juegos gratuitos para jugar en tu consola, PC o dispositivo móvil compatible, incluyendo The Finals, War Thunder, SMITE 2, Mecha Break, Warzone, Overwatch 2, entre otros.
